Suggested Routes To Poland 
Unable to discover Poland in two weeks! In a similar two-thirds of France area, the distances are quite large between each focus and the road network is still developing. If Krakow can be an ideal destination for a long weekend thanks to the many low-cost connections, here are two routes from the capital Warsaw, with the ideal destination to spend each time. 

Warsaw in 2-3 days 

Main attractions: 

The old town 
The Royal Castle 
The Wilanów Palace 
The National Museum 
Frederic Chopin Museum 
Palace of Culture and Science 
The Copernicus Science Centre 
The Uprising Museum 
The old Jewish quarter (ghetto of Warsaw) and all places of remembrance. 
South in 12-13 days 

Łódź: 1 day. Piotrkowska, the Film Museum, Manufaktura. 
Częstochowa: half day (for Catholic readers), and pure half-day reach Krakow by road Nests Eagle. 
Krakow: at least 3 days. Not to be missed: the old town and its fortifications, its rynek and Cloth Hall, Notre-Dame-Sainte-Marie, the Wyspiański Museum, the Czartoryski Museum, the Wawel Castle, the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, the old factory of Oskar Schindler and, nearby, the Wieliczka Salt Mine. 
Allow 1 more day devoted to visit Auschwitz. 
Zakopane: 2 days. It is the perfect base for a wonderful hike in the mountains in the Carpathians. 
Zakopane, plan a good half-day's drive from the region of Bieszczady (1 day), which offers an interesting tour of the wooden churches, plus a hook Sanok (half day) for its essential Ethnographic Museum in the open and invaluable museum of icons. 
Going back to Warsaw, several possibilities of steps according to your desires and distances to cover: 
Łańcut and castle (half day); 
Sandomierz (1 day) to stroll around the beautifully preserved old town heritage; 
Zamość (1 day), "ideal city" built on the model of the Renaissance, whose architectural heritage has been listed by UNESCO; 
Lublin (1 day) for the fabulous Chapel of the Holy Trinity but also the terrible Majdanek; 
Kazimierz Dolny and (half day), peaceful charming market town on the Vistula River, popular with artists. 
Another alternative from Warsaw to visit the southwest of the country, a step in Łódź and Poznań, for its historical center and student life and Wroclaw and the Sudetenland who deserve to linger two days. 
Northward in 8-10 days 

From Warsaw, heading Toruń (1 day), the city of Copernicus class Unesco and the vibrant student life. The next day, a stop at Malbork is required to visit the fortress. 
Gdańsk, the great Hanseatic port on the Baltic, is the highlight of a discovery in northern Poland item. At least two days are needed to understand its various aspects between medieval past and recent historical memorabilia related to shipyards. The ideal is to add a day there for a jump in Sopot. 
Lovers of nature and the great outdoors will eastward to discover the vastness of uncharted spaces Masurian and Podlasie.
